Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from New Zealand. All shipping prices are charged in USD and shown at checkout before you pay.

1. Processing time

• In-stock kits: dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Custom-printed items: we send a proof within ~2 business days; production starts after your approval, then ships within 3–5 business days.

2. Shipping rates & free shipping

• Free worldwide shipping on orders over USD $75.
• Orders under USD $75 are charged a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.
• Rates and available methods are calculated by destination during checkout.

3. Delivery estimates

Estimated transit times after dispatch (not guaranteed; carrier-dependent):

• New Zealand & Australia: 3–7 business days
• North America & Europe: 7–15 business days
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

4. Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping and are your responsibility as the recipient.

5. Tracking & proof of delivery

Orders ship with a tracked carrier service as standard, and we email your tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please allow a day or two for tracking to update. We retain proof of shipment and delivery for every order; on higher-value orders we may use a service that requires signature on delivery. This protects both you and us, and supports PayPal/Stripe dispute resolution if a parcel is ever questioned.

6. Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us via the Contact page and we’ll help trace it and make it right.

7. Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to reroute or refund parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we’ll always try to help.
