Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work. All amounts are refunded in USD to your original payment method (via Stripe or PayPal).

1. Standard returns (14 days)

  • You may return unopened, unused non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
  • Items must be in original, resalable condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

2. Custom & personalized items

Custom-printed and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable once printing begins. Because each order is produced uniquely for you, we cannot resell it. We always send a digital proof for your approval before printing — please review names, spelling, dates and artwork carefully. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty or not as described.

Examples of made-to-order items include the Custom Wedding Invite Stickers and any product marked “Custom” or personalized at checkout.

3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including any custom items — at no cost to you.

4. Non-returnable for hygiene/safety

Pens and marking tools that have been used, and any items where the seal has been broken, cannot be returned unless faulty.

5. How to start a return

Email us through the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel a standard order before it ships for a full refund. Custom orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before you approve the proof; after proof approval, production costs may not be refundable.

This policy is offered in addition to any rights you have under New Zealand consumer law and the consumer laws of your country, which cannot be excluded.
