Our custom printing service lets you put your own names, text and artwork on stickers and labels. To keep everyone safe and legal, the content you submit must follow this policy. By placing a custom order you agree to these rules.

1. Content you must not submit

You may not ask us to print content that includes:

  • Brand names, logos or designs protected by a third party’s trademark, without authorization.
  • Copyrighted images, artwork, cartoon/film/TV/game characters, music or software assets, without authorization.
  • The name, likeness, signature or image of a celebrity or public figure, without authorization.
  • Counterfeit or knock-off versions of any brand or product.
  • The names of a wedding couple or any individual who is not you, unless you are authorized to use them.
  • Content that infringes any third party’s patent, trade secret, or privacy rights.
  • Hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or unlawful material.
Your warranty & indemnity. You represent and warrant that you own or are authorized to use all content you submit. You agree to indemnify and hold Rockettags harmless from any claim arising out of the content you provide. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel and refund any order containing content we believe may be infringing or otherwise in breach of this policy.

2. Our designs

The artwork in our ready-made kits uses public-domain botanicals, geometry and typography we create or license. We never sell designs based on licensed characters, sports teams, or third-party brands.

3. Child safety

Some products contain small stickers and parts. Keep small stickers away from children under 3 — they are a choking hazard. Always supervise young children using labels and stickers.

4. Reporting infringement

If you believe content we’ve printed infringes your intellectual property, please contact us via the Contact page with details and proof of your rights, and we will investigate promptly.

5. Enforcement

We may decline or cancel orders, and refund payment, where this policy is breached. Repeated or serious breaches may result in a refusal of future service.

6. Alignment with our payment providers

This policy reflects the acceptable-use and prohibited-business rules of the payment platforms we use, including the Stripe Restricted Businesses list and the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy. Content that breaches those policies (counterfeit goods, or material that infringes a trademark, copyright, right of publicity or privacy) is prohibited here too, and we are required to refuse it.
